Full-Time Tutoring Program
Our Full-Time Tutoring Program involves students receiving virtual academic instruction in 4 classes (see below) in groups of 2-6 (depending on class) from our amazingly effective, experienced, and dedicated teachers.
Full-Time Tutoring Program Class Groupings are based on the level of our students and this is determined by the Literacy and Math assessments they are administered when they apply to our Full-Time Tutoring Program.
Full-Time Tutoring Program Hours are between 8am EST - 3pm EST. Classes occur on the hour.
Full-Time Tutoring Program Class Lengths are 50 minutes and regardless of the class being taken.
Full-Time Tutoring Program Classes are as follows:
- Wilson Reading System Structured Literacy
- Real-Life Math w/ Financial Literacy
- Writing
- Reading Comprehension w/ Phonemic Awareness
Full-Time Tutoring Program Sample Student Schedule
- 9am - 9:50am EST: Writing
- 10am - 10:50am EST: Reading Comprehension
- 10:50am - 12pm EST: break
- 12:00pm - 12:50pm EST: Real-Life Math
- 1pm - 1:50pm EST: Wilson Structured Literacy
GREATNESS Reports
At the end of each week, our teachers provide parents with a GREATNESS Report that summarizes what your child learned during that week and how they progressed. Parents are encouraged to ask any questions necessary about their child(ren)'s learning at any time.

he Academy IN is a Specialized Online School that serves Indiana children with Dyslexia, ADHD, and Non-Traditional Learners. We are an affiliate of The Academy Way Network of Schools and serve students across the state.
Grades Served
The grades served in our Full-Time Tutoring Program are from 3rd-8th grade. There may be situations with a younger or older child that we would consider, however, this is a case by case basis and is always based on our ability to meet the needs of the child.
